Evette was amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and presents her client with resources to meet their needs. She made the home buying process so much easier. She's so very responsive whether it was night, weekend or holiday (labor day was when I contacted her with questions and she got right back). I think the best part of my experience was that she really listened to what me and my family wanted in a home. She hit the nail on the head with the property that SHE suggested among the ones about which I inquired. Her pick was our favorite and stayed right within our price target. We made an offer and she was with us every step of the way. What was even better was that she will go the extra mile to get the deal done. The seller was going to back out after the appraisal didn't match their asking price but Evette didn't give up and negotiated a great deal for my family. Lastly, she is not all about smoke and mirrors like some sales people can be just to get their commission. She is a straight shooter and will tell you what the real deal is without pressuring you to do something you might not feel comfortable doing. I would refer her to anyone who is serious about buying.
